Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number when available so you can track your orders.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Pablo Enterprises is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Pablo Enterprises is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping internationally across the global. Pre paid order will only be shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns in (some conditions) . Contact our support  to start the return process, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return. It might take upto 2 weeks to process your returns and customers can expect to see a full refund after this period.

Any damages in standard packing won’t be claimed by the Company. Any damages in premium packing will be 100% replaced or refunded
